Underground Fuel Storage Tanks for Tabb and Bruton Fuel Stations (Furnish and Deliver; No installation) The County of York, Virginia (Owner) is seeking the services of a Contractor to furnish and deliver four (4) 20,000 gallon, double-walled, fiberglass Underground Fuel Storage Tanks for gas and diesel fuel for York Countys Tabb Fuel Station (4405 Big Bethel Rd.) and Bruton Fuel Station (114 Hubbard Lane). Two (2) tanks must be available for delivery to the Tabb Fuel Station within the month of September (2022) or as early as possible, with an assured date specified in Form A, Bid Form, Section 6. Two (2) tanks will be delivered to the Bruton Fuel Station within the month of May (2023) with a tentative date specified in Form A, Bid Form, Section 6. The tentative date may be subject to change. Final date will be agreed upon with Contractor and manufacturer to meet specified County objectives at an appropriate timeframe. A Pre-Bid Meeting is not scheduled for this solicitation. Questions or comments related to this solicitation shall be directed to the Contract Officer not later than 1:00 p.m. on January 28, 2022. All questions shall be submitted in writing (email is preferred). Telephone inquiries will not be accepted.
