Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Bakersfield, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work to be performed consists, in general, of construction of a masonry building around an existing water well and installation of a block wall. This work includes but is not limited to, construction of the pump building; construction of a block wall enclosure with steel gates, relocation of a PG&E electrical service; installing a standby generator and foundation; installation of substructure and cabinet space for a SCADA READY system, all electrical excepting the furnishing and installation of the standby electrical system (generator and transfer switch) and all other incidental items necessary, including permitting, grading, and for the complete installation and construction of the new well building and standby generator enclosure. Liquidated Damages $1000 each calendar day Estimated Bid Value $704190.00 Bid Bond 10.00% Payment Bond 100.00% Performance Bond 100.00% Completion- 75 working days.
