Site work and paving for a civil project in Seaford, Delaware. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Work consists of the following: furnishing and installing approximately 3,925 linear feet of 12-inch and 440 linear feet of 8-inch PVC gravity sewer main, 13 sanitary sewer manholes, 15 6-inch PVC sewer laterals with cleanouts, pavement and site restoration and appurtenances. The right is reserved, as the interest of the City of Seaford may appear, to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities in bids received, and to accept or reject any items of any bid. Contractors who submit a bid on this project shall be qualified and experienced in projects of similar size, type and complexity. Each BID must be accompanied by a Contractor Qualification Statement, which shall present evidence of successfully completing three (3) or more similar construction projects within the last five (5) years. Provide project name and location, owner contact information, project description, change order history, construction cost and completion date. The bids may be presented to the Mayor and Council at their regular meeting on Tuesday, March 8, 2022, at 7:00 p.m., in Council Chambers, 414 High Street. They may be awarded at this time. The Mayor and Council reserve the right to reject any and all bids.
