Reference number : 1557414 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-02-09 Submission sent electronically accepted: Non Expected duration of the contract (in months): 36 CONTEXT OF DELIVERY OF THE SERVICE Provide landscape maintenance services (Spring cleaning and debris removal, Lawn mowing, Trimming of borders or flowerbeds, Trimming of shrubs and hedges, Picking up leaves in the fall, Cutting of tree branches and Cleaning main entrances to buildings) for the entire territory of INRS-Campus Laval. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE TO BE PERFORMED The object of the service to be performed under the terms of the Contract ( Appendix B ) consists of providing the labor and equipment necessary for the maintenance of the lawn (more or less 75,000 square meters) for the entire campus. Laval from INRS for the years 2022, 2023 and 2024, all of which is more specifically described in the technical specifications ( Appendix C ). TERMS OF PERFORMANCE OF THE SERVICE All the terms of execution of the Contract are provided for in the Tender Documents. They may be provided for in the sections "preliminary information", "description of the need", "instructions to Bidders", in the technical specifications (Annex C) or in the Contract (Annex B). The Tenderer must ensure that he reads all of these documents in order to identify all the terms and conditions of performance of the Contract.
