CIP NO. 428-71061 Interested, experienced and qualified bidders shall provide the City of Pomona with competitive proposals to assist the City with responses to State of California Regional Water Quality Control Board (SRWQCB) Directive letters, Work Plans, and all associated work. Consultant must have prior experience with submitting AND obtaining approvals for various required documents (e.g. technical work plans, sketches, maps, EDF, GEO_WELL, GEO_MAP, GEO_BORE, GEO_XY, GEO_Z, etc...) to State Regional Water Quality Control Board (SRWQCB). All work must be prepared and reviewed by a qualified Professional Civil Engineer or Professional Geologist, registered in the State of California as required by SRWQCB. All proposers must provide supporting evidence of prior experience along with a minimum of 3 municipal references upon City request. Unsatisfactory references may result in automatic disqualification. The bids submitted must remain valid for minimum of 180 days.
