Editorial Content Team is actively seeking updated information" Sol : W9124J23RADCC The contractor shall provide all management, supervisory personnel, labor, equipment, transportation, tools, materials, licensing, certifications and other items and necessary to perform routine and repair, repair by replacement, quarters cleaning, floor repair/, interior painting/wall and ceiling repair, incidental improvements, and playground equipment as defined in the Technical Exhibits (TEs) for 88 housing units of varying square , age, and style. Housing and repair apply to all dwelling units (DU), garages, appliances, and spaces provided for the contractor's use. All property is Government owned. Offerors shall review the Request for Proposal (RFP) and its amendments (if applicable) and submit only written questions and/or comments using the matrix provided in Attachment 2 with the Subject Line Reference: Questions/Comments/Exceptions for Army Family Housing , W9124J-23-R-ADCC.
