The project focus is to design and construct a membrane treatment facility which meets current and future drinking water standards and regulations including newly promulgated PFAS regulations. These improvements include the installation of six (6) new Biscayne surficial production raw water supply wells; a deep injection well for concentrate disposal and all infrastructure required to construct a new 22 MGD membrane water treatment facility.
