Lee County Board of County Commissioners seeks to contract with a qualified Vendor(s) to furnish and deliver Zinc Orthophosphate on an as needed basis to Lee County Utilities Department. Any inquiries, suggestions or requests concerning interpretation, clarification or additional information pertaining to the solicitation shall be submitted in writing prior to 5:00 PM at least eight (8) calendar days prior to the date when the submission is due. contract term shall be for one (1) three-year (3) period. Upon mutual written agreement of both parties, the parties may renew the Agreement, in whole or in part, for a renewal term or terms not to exceed the initial Agreement term of three (3) years. The increments of renewal shall be at the sole discretion of the County as deemed in its best interest. The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any minor irregularity or technicality in the bids received. Award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder(s) within the category chosen for basis of award.
