Bids must be submitted on the forms furnished by the Township Clerk or the Township Engineers in a sealed envelope marked: A certified check, bank draft, or satisfactory bid bond, executed by the bidder and a surety company, payable to Clinton Township, in an amount at least equal to five percent (5%) of the bid amount, shall be submitted with each bid.
