Reference number : 1694290 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-03-06 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The City of Matane is requesting bids for repair work on the pumping stations located on Saint-Jérôme Avenue and de Matane-sur-Mer Street. The work covered by this call for tenders is subject to financial assistance under the TECQ 2019-2023 program. Tenders shall be valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of opening of tenders. CONDITIONS OF ADMISSION In addition to contractors with an establishment in Quebec, those who have an establishment in a province or territory covered by an intergovernmental contract liberalization agreement applicable to the municipality are authorized to bid for the execution of the work. Any bid must, to be valid, be accompanied by a bid guarantee in the form of a surety bond valid for a period of ninety (90) days in an amount equivalent to ten percent (10%) of the total amount . of the bid, including taxes , and issued in the name of the VILLE DE MATANE. Deadline for filing complaints (DDP): March 6, 2023. Deadline for responding to complaints (DRP): March 10, 2023. Ville de Matane does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received and incurs no obligation or costs of any kind towards the tenderer(s).
