Scope of work:
This request for proposal is to update projector and video system in lunch room. It includes the following;
Contractor will reuse the exciting pole and ceiling mount assembly, but replace projector mount.
Contractor will install 10,000 Lumen laser projector with 5 year warranty
Contractor will replace VGA cabling with shielded Cat5
Contractor will replace VGA wall plate with VGA & HDMI inputs
Contractor will install new control button assembly This system will replace old lamp projector with a laser projector 10,000 lumen 1,000,000 -1 contrast ratio. It will give you both VGA & HDMI to projector, and updated control system. MATERIAL TO INSTALL:

Extron MLC 62 RS D - MediaLink Controller With RS-232 Control- Decorator-Style Wallplate If the proposal exceeds $10,000, the contractor shall submit with the proposal a cashiers check, certified check or acceptable bidder bond payable to the school district in an amount not less than 5% of the amount of the bid submitted, as a guarantee that if awarded the contract the bidder shall promptly enter into a contract and execute such bonds as required. The owner shall require the successful bidder to furnish a Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Payment Bond prior to the execution of the contract. The bonds shall be written in the amount of 100% of the total contract price. The Board of Education reserves right to reject any or all proposals or any part thereof. The school District reserves the right to increase or decrease by ten percent (10%) the quantity
of any item in the specifications on which proposals are accepted.
