The owner shall require the successful bidder to furnish a Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Payment Bond prior to the execution of the contract. The bonds shall be written in the amount of 100% of the total contract price. The Board of Education reserves right to reject any or all proposals or any part thereof. The school District reserves the right to increase or decrease by ten percent (10%) the quantity of any item in the specifications on which proposals are accepted.
