Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Salt Lake City, Utah. Working plans call for the construction of a laboratory facility; and for site work for a laboratory facility.
The University of Utah - U Facilities is requesting proposals for the construction of the following project: CMGC: University Hospital Electropysiology Lab 6 All questions must be directed to: Doug Banks, DBanks@TSA-USA.com , 385-799-5050 The Contractor for the project must be a Utah licensed General Contractor. Association with other individuals or firms having appropriate professional expertise is acceptable. The University will enter into a single agreement with the successful Contractor. A Bid Bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the FLCC, made payable to the University of Utah shall accompany the cost proposal. Effective September 10, 2018, the University has retired the previous state mandated Surety Bond Forms and is now requiring the use of the AIA Bid Bond Form A310-2010 and Performance and Payment Bond Form A312-2010. The University of Utah reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any formality or technicality in any proposal in the interest of the University. Shortlist Confirmed.
