Cavile Place public housing site (and adjacent / nearby parcels) into a new mixed-income community and act as a catalyst for additional new development in the area. Hughes House will be a 9% Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) development on three city blocks composed of 1-, 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom apartments. The new community will consist of eleven (13) buildings, including two (2) elevator-accessed mixed-use buildings with approximately 24,000 SF of ground floor commercial space along Rosedale and Amanda.
