he Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) is soliciting bids from firms that are able to provide Vehicle Hoist Maintenance Services for the CHP - Various Locations.Bids must address all the services described in Exhibit A entitled, Scope of Work that is included in the Proposed Agreement and Exhibits section of this IFB. Exhibit A contains a detailed description of the services and work to be performed as a result of this IFB including those terms in the referenced exhibits. Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) Participation Requirements Proposed Start Date of Agreement March 1, 2022, or Upon Approval, Whichever is Later The term of the resulting agreement is anticipated to be effective from March 1, 2022 or Upon Approval, whichever occurs later, through February 28, 2025. Bidders shall submit questions VIA EMAIL to Lisa.Johnson@chp.ca.gov. CHP reserves the right to use its best judgment to determine what constitutes an immaterial deviation or defect. CHP reserves the right to reject all bids and to cancel this IFB if it is in the best interest of CHP to do so
