Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Stony Plain, Alberta. Conceptual plans call for site work for a transportation facility; and for the construction of a bridge / tunnel.
The Town of Stony Plain, CN Rail pedestrian underpass and the Graybriar to Silverstone CN rail pedestrian underpass. The underpass will be designed to accommodate both pedestrian and cyclist access. TIMELINE: The engineer completed a preliminary investigation project report. Design and construction is currently not included in the owner's current capital plans. Project details may be updated in the future, pending owner's decision to proceed. Coverage of this report is discontinued at this time.
