The project includes detention basins owned and maintained by the LCDOT. The project also includes the landscape areas at the Cedar Lake Rd & Monaville Rd roundabout and the River Rd & Roberts Rd roundabout. The work shall be performed at the locations shown on the plans and/or as designated by the Engineer. To bid on this project, contractors shall be required to provide a valid IDOT Certificate of Eligibility and obtain an approved LCDOT Authorization to Bid. Project Location: This work consists of ecological restoration management of wetland and upland buffer areas. The work includes tree plantings, seeding, mowing, and herbicide applications for weed control. Proposals requiring prequalification of bidders will be issued only to those contractors who are qualified with the Department of Transportation.
