Notice is hereby given that the Pleasant Township Trustee's Office, PO Box 1096 Angola, Indiana 46703, will receive sealed Bids for the following: Circle Hill Cemetery, Columbarium (2), Circle Hill Drive, Angola, Indiana 46703 These two-columbaria will be provided under a Single Prime Contract on a lump sum basis. Each BID Proposal shall include all labor, material, and services necessary to complete each columbarium in strict accordance with the Design Drawings, Columbarium Requirements and Specifications. Exceptions to the design specifications will be considered in good faith but may be used as grounds for deeming a bid unresponsive. The Board will award a contract to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. No bid shall be modified, withdrawn or canceled for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after the date of and time set for the receipt of the bids. The Township Board reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, and is not obligated to accept the lowest or any other bid, and may waive any informalities or irregularities in bidding procedure.
