Summary of Specifications: The City of Warren is seeking electronic bids from qualified vendors to furnish Mowing and Trimming Services for the Waste Water Treatment Plant, Knapp Street Park, Nine Mile Pump Station, 14200 Stephens property, and 14217 Nine Mile Road property. The successful bidder must be able to furnish all equipment necessary to perform this "Contract." DESCRIPTION OF WORK The work contemplated by these specifications consists of furnishing all labor, material and equipment to perform all work required. This work is to be done beginning approximately mid to late April through the third week in October for calendar years 2022 and 2023. Should weather conditions prevent these starting and/or ending dates, adjustment can be made with the approval of the City. The City desires to award for a two-year period (2022 & 2023) with the option to renew for three additional one-year periods (2024, 2025, & 2026) with mutual consent of both parties.
