The proposed project includes manufacturing and installation of the exterior permanent canopy at the below listed MVA locations. Questions Due Date and Time Tuesday, February 1, 2022 @ 2:00 P.M. The successful Offeror must submit Performance and Payments Bond in the full amount of the contract (100%), guaranteeing that the Contractor shall well and truly perform the Contract. The State reserves the right to cancel this RFP, accept or reject any and all Proposals, in whole or in part, received in response to this RFP, waive or permit the cure of minor irregularities, and conduct discussions with all qualified or potentially qualified Offerors in any manner necessary to serve the best interests of the State
