Renovation of an educational facility in Hillsborough, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Supply and installation of (13) new classroom type ventilators c/w heat recovery wheel, outside air louver and controls. .2 Supply and installation of supply air ductwork in each classroom c/w acoustic lining, supply grilles, and hangers. .3 Replacement of existing pneumatic heating control system in entire school with BACnet compatible, electronic DDC controls. Connect controls to existing Delta BMS control system located in Caledonia High School .4 Connection to the existing electrical system for operation of new ventilators.
