Site work and renovation of a civil project in Gardendale, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
EPV: Contract 1: $300,000 Contract 2: $200,000 Scope of work includes modifications to existing Booster Station #1, VFD controls, new High Hill Booster, system control valve and other miscellaneous work. All Bidders must be properly licensed by the State Licensing Board of General Contractors of Alabama with proper classification for work. A certified check payable to the order of the Parrish Waterworks and Sewer Board, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety company, but not to exceed $10,000.00, must be submitted with each Bid. The Board reserves the right to reject any and/or all Bids or to waive any informalities in the Bidding. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
