Renovation of a water / sewer project in Richmond, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

Cleaning of existing Lift Station No. 1 and No. 2 and perform T-Lock lining inspection of existing wet well. Installation of T-Lock patch repairs as directed by the Engineer. Abrasive blasting and re-coating wet well and discharge/valve vault piping. Rehabilitate Lift Station No. 3 by power washing, abrasive blasting and recoating of existing wet well walls, wet well piping and valve vault piping/valves. Installation of cementitious lining to wet well and cracking/joint/wall repair to the interior of the wet well, as directed by the Engineer. Installation of 8-foot Wood Fence to Lift Station No.1 and No. 3 sites. Remove, Dispose and Replace 8-foot Wood Fence at Lift Station No. 2. Two force main discharge manholes to be rehabilitated. Traffic control, site restoration and SWPPP. All work performed shall be in accordance with the plans and specifications. Complete in place. There is no pre-bid conference associated with this project. A Bidder submitting Electronic Bids must submit its Bid and bid securities. By submitting a Bid, Bidder acknowledges and agrees that the Contract Documents may be accepted, executed or agreed to through the use of an Electronic Signature. If bid documents and plans are not immediately available for download, they will be available for review at the office of the engineer. A cashiers check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid.
