As of April 19, 2022, a general contractor has been awarded and construction is underway. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The last day for receiving questions regarding this project is February 7, 2022, by 3:00 P.M., Eastern Time The Work Contemplated Will Include Above-grade Exterior Restorations of Cast Stone, Masonry Walls, Fenetrations, Steel Lintels and Replacements of Security Screens and Roof Areas. Below-grade Upgrading of Interior Ground Floor Slab, Below-grade Excavation and Removal of Building Components as Necessary for the Installations of Waterproofing and Drainage System at Exterior Masonry Walls, Removal and Replacement of the Access Ramps at the Northeast Entrance the South Entrance.
