Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Hart, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The project consists of furnishing all material and constructing the following: 870 feet of 8" and 12" sanitary sewer 470 feet of 4" to 8" ductile iron water main 720 feet of 12" and 15" storm sewer 1,100 feet of road reconstruction 265 square yards of parking lot reconstruction Including all necessary appurtenances and restoration A bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check payable to City of Hart in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total price shall accompany each bid. This surety shall bind the bidder for a period of forty-five (45) days after the receipt of bids. Electronic drawings, specifications and bidding documents will be accessible/available only to those Bidders who are active members of the Prein&Newhof Plan Room. Bidder assumes sole risk for any project specifications and drawings, electronic or hard copy, obtained other than directly from Prein&Newhof The work to be performed under this contract will be financed and paid for by funds received from local funds Wigton Street (Milestone #1) will be substantially completed on or before Friday, July 22, 2022. Hanson Street and Dryden Street will be substantially completed on or before Friday, August 26, 2022. The project will be complete and ready for final payment by Friday, September 9, 2022.
