To demolish existing concrete surfaces, to renovate existing asphalt tennis courts, and to install new basketball courts, parking spaces, fencing, court furnishings, and storm water facilities. THE SCOPE of work under this contract is to provide Caroline County with construction services, to demolish existing concrete surfaces, to renovate, existing asphalt Tennis Courts, and to furnish new Basketball Courts, Walking Trails, Fencing, Parking Areas, Stormwater Facilities, and other park accessories in the Town of Greensboro Maryland 21639 and in strict accordance with the solicitation documents. The work shall be completed by a Qualified Sports Building and Site Work Contractor with a minimum of 5 Five years experience in hard surface sports court design, construction, renovation, and replacement. Contractors must also be a member in good standing with the American Sports Builder Association, a Douglas Sports Certified installer, a Sports Master systems certified installer, and provide 5 Five professional references or referrals to be considered for the project. The work shall be completed within One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar days of Notice to Proceed. CAROLINE COUNTY reserves the right, without qualification, to reject or accept any or all bids, or any portions thereof, when in their reasoned judgment the public will be better served thereby.
