Renovation of a water / sewer project in Lenexa, Kansas. Design plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
This project includes replacement of the Pall membrane filtration modules that were installed in 2015. These modules produce up to 12 million gallons per day of finished water and have a design life of approximately 10 years. This project will also include valve replacement and minor electrical updates. The project is included in the City of Olathe's 2024-2028 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of April 3, 2025, an engineering firm has been selected for the project. Tentative bidding is estimated to take place in late 2025. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
