Request for Bids Hopewell Township Board of Education of Bridgeton, NJ, hereby advertises for competitive bids in accordance with N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-21 for the following project: Hopewell Crest School Cooling Tower (Equipment only) 122 Sewall Road Bridgeton, NJ 08302 Bids must be sealed and delivered to the Business Office of the Board of Education No bids shall be received after the time designated in the advertisement. (N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-21(b). The Board of Education does not accept electronic (e-mail) submission of bids. Once added to the bidders list, if you are not already in our system you will receive an email from ShareFile with instructions on setting up your account for which you will need to create your own unique password. If you have used our ShareFile previously your prior email and password remains valid. Once added to the bidders list and validated with ShareFile, you will be granted access to the project's bid documents folder. Note: You MUST establish an account with our ShareFile site in order to access the electronic bid documents. They will not be distributed by any other means. Bid will be rendered in accordance with N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-4. Bidders must comply with P.L. 1975, C.127 9 (N.J.A.C. 17:27) Mandatory Affirmative Action Requirements, Executive Order 11246 regarding Equal Employment Opportunity and Chapter 33, Laws of 1977, regarding the Disclosure of Partners and Stockholders. A non-collusive affidavit, must accompany each bid. Refer to Section 00011 Instructions to Bidders for additional information. All bids shall be irrevocable, not subject to withdrawal and shall stand available for a period of sixty (60) days. Hopewell Township Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all bids as permitted by law, to waive any non-material informalities in any bid, or to award separate contracts or a lump sum contract (as applicable), in such a manner as shall be, in the judgment of the Board of Education, deemed in the best interest of the School District, all in conformity with the law.
