Site work for a water / sewer project in Boston, Massachusetts. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Authority is seeking qualified multidiscipline consulting firm or team, with proven experience to provide professional services including survey and inspection of existing infrastructure, diving inspections, design, and construction related services relative to Cruise Terminal Seawall Rehab. The Consultant must be able to work closely with the Authority and other interested parties in order to provide such services in a timely and effective manner. The Authority is seeking qualified multidiscipline consulting firm/s or team/s, with proven experience to provide professional services including inspection, planning, design, and construction related services including resident inspection in order to provide repairs to the Cruise Terminal Seawall, which includes the tidally-influenced under-deck areas at the Flynn Cruiseport Boston, including the concrete gravity wall and cantilevered deck, timber pile supported concrete deck, and pyramid foundations. The tidally-influenced areas run the length of Massport-owned dock at the Flynn Cruiseport from approximately Station 0+00 to Station 21+50, and runs from the berth edge to a point approximately 140 feet north of the edge of the berth. The scope of work will also include a portion of the Parcel C-2 parking lot, which is located immediately to the west of the Flynn Cruiseport building, and which may require a separate design due to the condition of the existing structure. The Consultant must be able to work closely with the Authority and other interested parties in order to provide such services in a timely and effective manner. The contract will be work order based, and the Consultant's fee shall be negotiated; however, the total project budget shall not to exceed Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000). It is anticipated that funding for each phase of the project (site investigations/studies, preliminary design, final design, bid and construction) will be authorized incrementally.
