The City of Burnaby ("City") invites Proposals from professional, qualified and experienced firms to provide progressive design build services for the redevelopment of the Mountain Air Bike Skills Course. In order to assist the owner, the City of Burnaby, through the various phases of the Mountain Air Bike Skills Course Redevelopment Project ("Project"), as identified in this RFP, the Design-Builder will bring knowledge and expertise related to mountain bike trails and course construction along with general contracting experience coordinating large scale earthworks and civil construction projects.
