Site work and paving for a road / highway in Castle Rock, Colorado. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Phase 2 includes: A roundabout at the Woodlands Boulevard intersection Widening the roadway to include additional lanes and on-street bike lanes between Woodlands Boulevard and Valley Drive Adding a second sidewalk connection between Gilbert Street and Valley Drive Storm drainage improvements between Gilbert Street and Woodlands Boulevard Installing a median between Rock Street and Valley Drive As of January 8, 2026, this project is the conceptual phase. An engineer is expected to be selected in February 2026. Design is targeted to be completed late 2026 with bidding in early 2027. Construction is anticipated to start in April 2027, with a 24 month duration. This project is included in the Town of Castle Rock Budget FY 2025 CIP.
