Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Anchorage, Alaska. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The project includes removal and reconstruction of a portion of the Salmon Viewing Deck located at the Eagle River Nature Center, including installation of helical piles and construction of a timber boardwalk. Work also includes removal and reconstruction of the Albert Loop timber bridge structure and repairing surface cracks and drywall in the Eagle River Nature Center maintenance building. The Engineer's Estimate is: between $100,000 and $250,000 The apparent successful bidder must furnish a payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract and a performance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract as security conditioned for the full, complete and faithful performance of the contract. The apparent successful bidder must execute the said contract and bonds within fifteen calendar days, or such further time as may be allowed in writing by the Contracting Officer, after receiving notification of the acceptance of their bid. To be responsive, a bid must include a bid guaranty equal to 5% of the amount bid. (When calculating the bid amount for purposes of determining the 5% value of the bid guaranty, a bidder shall include its base bid amount, plus the amount bid for alternate and supplemental bid items, if any.)
