Restoration will include limestone and granite repairs, mortar replacement of plaza wing walls and accessible ramp, installation for positive drainage system, sidewalk repairs/replacement, replacement of existing sand with polymeric, handrail removal cleaning and reinstallation and addressing ongoing tread displacement. This procurement is a Total Small Business set-aside, The construction cost estimate is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The anticipated award is on or about June 2022.
