Question to Raymond Brindle, Procurement Manager, 803-602-0831, rbrindle@riverbanks.org Deadline for Questions January 28, 2022, 5:00 PM The Riverbanks Zoo and Garden is seeking a general contractor demolish and dispose of the current greenhouse, and then furnish, deliver, and install the new ones. We currently have four (4) gutter connect greenhouses that are 28 years old. Due to the structures starting to deteriorate, we are at a point where replacement is the best option. We seek to replace these on the current footprint. This project is time sensitive and impacts the operation of the area. Therefore, the contractor should have all materials in hand prior to starting so no delays are due to material availability. Any delays must be reported to the Project Manager. See Exhibit A for requirements and specifications. Work hours can be adjusted to allow for certain portions of the work to be scheduled prior to or after Zoo operating hours. Normal work hours are 8:00 am till 5:00 pm. Est
