This project consists of multiple historical areas that will need to be repaired. The offeror would be required to have previous experience with historical restoration. Location of this project is at 300 West 2nd Street, Little Rock, AR 72201. This procurement is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside. The estimated construction cost magnitude for all work under this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, with a size standard of $39.5 Million.
