Saving Project...

Site work and new construction of a transportation facility in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.

This Request For Qualifications ("RFQ"), which ultimately may result in the establishment of a contract(s) between Amtrak and Offeror(s) for projects to be performed which involves: design-build services for Intercity Train set (ICT) Facilities as described within. Amtrak intends to accept Qualifications from firms interested in the ICT Facilities Design/Build Program. Responses are to include qualification information as specified within Section 4 and Section 9 below. Amtrak,at its sole discretion and without discussion, will determine which firms are to be added to its bid list. Interested contractors with design/build experience shall contact Christopher Angelone (christopher.angelone@amtrak.com) for complete RFQ package. In an effort to provide "maximum practicable opportunity" to participate in the provision of goods and services to Amtrak,prime firms under agreement with Amtrak are required to put forth Good Faith Efforts to contract with Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs). Therefore, a DBE subcontracting plan goal shall be established for this opportunity.
