REQUEST FOR BID The City of Fayetteville is accepting sealed bids for labor and material to replace the 3,600 sq. ft. roof at the Pool House located at 1203 Winchester Hwy., Fayetteville, TN 37334. Proposals must be submitted to the City of Fayetteville Purchasing Department, 110 Elk Ave South, Fayetteville, TN 37334, by 10:00 A.M. CST, Monday, January 31, 2022. Install new tapered ISO insulation to reduce the collection ofwater. 4. Install 115 mil TPO Membrane with low raise foam adhesive. 5. Install new 60 mil TPO membrane to parapet walls. 6. Install all associated rooftop flashings to adjoining roofsystems. 7. Install new coping cap and edge trim with 24-gauge metal. 8. Twenty-year labor and material warranty after installation and inspection. 9. Work must be completed by April 30, 2022, unless other arrangements are approved by City Administrator. 10. Contractors must be licensed, insured and bonded. 11. Contractor is responsible for keeping site clean to include paint splatter, and the removal and disposal of any debris created from the job.
