Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Olney, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Construct an approximately 4,500s.f. parking lot with curbs, walks, and drainage structure. The work shall be commenced at the time stipulated in the Notice to Proceed to the Contractor and shall be fully completed, including punch list items, within forty-five (45) consecutive Calendar days thereafter. The scope of work consists of construction of a New Parking Lot at Project IL-96-2/Olney in Richland County, Illinois funded through Modernization Program No.s IL01P096-501-20 and IL01P096-501-21. The scope of work essentially includes the following work and shall be bid under one lump sum contract. 1. Base Bid: a. Construct an approximately 4,500 s.f. parking lot with curbs, walks, and drainage structures
