The Capitol Region Education Council (CREC) requests bids from qualified firms for Architectural Services for the renovation of Wolcott School in Windsor. Thislocation willserve as a site for CRECs Head Start Program. CREC reserves the right to waive any informality or irregularity in any proposal received, to negotiate changes to offered terms and to accept the proposal that, in its judgment, will be in the best interest of CREC.
