The City of Coolidge is seeking bids for the clean-up and secure and/or demolition and clearance of 653 W. Northern Ave, Parcel #204081540 Coolidge, AZ. The scope of work for the project includes all items identified: - Remove all structure(s) to slab, if the structure has wooden floors remove stem wall. - Remove accessory structure(s) to slab, if the structure has wooden floors remove stem wall. - Remove all trash, litter, debris, and weeds on the parcel. - Remove all trees and shrubs to grade level and grade entire lot. - Remove fences not shared with adjacent property owners, accessory structures and unused electrical Services and equipment poles. - Application of weed control. - Trim trees to avoid any and all power lines In your bid, please include a timeframe to complete work afterword of the bid. All bids must include all applicable City of Coolidge building permits, fees and taxes. The selected contractor must hold a current license with the State of Arizona Registrar of Contractors, be in good standing, and also a current City of Coolidge Business License.
