OPL is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide a replacement to our current automated materials handling system. The primary goal of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain pricing quotes for replacing our multiple bin sorter, including the cost of any hardware, software, configuration, staff training, and annual maintenance. We plan to replace our sorter depending on pricing options and delivery timeline. The successful Proponent will install and calibrate an Automatic Materials Handling System as soon as realistically possible. The following work must be accomplished within the scope of this Project: Placement of sorter without the aid/possibility of securing the system to the floor. No fastening the sorter to floor, we use in-floor heating and cannot drill into the floor RJ45 data port supplied (1 only but library will provide GB switch if required) Microsoft Windows 10 Pro or better for O/S To facilitate the installation and set-up of an Automatic Materials Handling System. Details on proposed equipment Make\Model, number of units required and specifications\data sheets of the system. Use of 110V AC power Provide training and manual on all equipment for staff. Detail diagram for sizing of patron induction unit in wall.
