**As of March 15, 2022, this project has been awarded to Lee Hy Paving Corp. and the awarded amount is $699,820.40.** Generally consists of removal of existing pavement by cold planning (milling), placement of asphalt concrete pavement, and miscellaneous work including but not limited to utility adjustments and pavement marking within certain public rights of way of the City of Williamsburg. Also included is reconstruction of non-compliant curb ramps, concrete sidewalk and curb & gutter repairs, signal detection installation, and guardrail replacement at specific locations identified in the Project Specific Provisions. FHWA Nos: PM05(517), PM05(518), & PM05(519) The project was developed under UPC: #117165, State Project Number 0031-137-186, UPC: #117167, State Project Number 0132-137-184, and UPC: #117170, State Project Number 0132-137-183 with funding allocations from the VDOT State of Good Repair (SGR) program, a Federal-aid Highway program. This project will be locally administered by the City of Williamsburg. Withdrawal of Bids due to error shall be subject to and in accordance with Section 2.2-4330 of the Code of Virginia and the Contract Documents. Questions - Deadline for written questions related to the project will be accepted up to (5) Five Business prior to the closing date. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any minor non-substantive errors in the Bid.
