Site work and paving for a civil project in Prospect Heights, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The work consists of installation of a 2,244 gpm storm pumping station supplied by the City, approximately 4,600 feet of 18" storm sewer force main installed along local streets and State and County highways via directional drilling and auger and jack methods, approximately 800' of open-cut gravity storm sewer, pavement patching, and restoration associated with the project. The City of Prospect Heights reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to award all or part of a contract, and to make such awards as are in the best interests of the City of Prospect Heights. Factors other than price which will be considered in awarding or rejecting bids shall include the results of reference contacts, and the quality of the bidder's performance on prior projects, if any, in the judgment of the City of Prospect Heights.
