Reference number : 1558501 Review Title : Bringing the fire alarm system up to standard - 200 de Villemure Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-01-31 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The Office municipal d'habitation de Saint-Jérôme wishes to obtain offers of services for the upgrading of the fire alarm system of the building located at 200 rue De Villemure in Saint-Jérôme Only tenders from contractors having their principal place of business in Quebec or, when an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by this agreement and who have the license required under the Building Act (RSQ, c. B-1.1). Tenders must, of necessity, be prepared on the forms provided in the tender documents. The tenderer must not, during the last two (2) years preceding the date of opening of tenders, have been the subject of an unsatisfactory performance report from the "Owner" or the Service Center representing him relating to previous contracts. Tendering contractors are responsible for the choice of subcontractors, both for their solvency and for the content of their tender. The Owner does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders received without incurring any obligation and any costs of any kind towards the tenderer(s). Bid Bond 10% is required. Performance and Material Bond 50% is required. award is subject to final approval.
