Renovation of an educational facility in Miami, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Miami School Grooming Room project consist of interior renovations to one (1) existing classroom to accommodate a new grooming room on the main floor of the existing Miami School, located at 125 Scott Street, Miami, Manitoba. Work includes, but not limited to, selected demolition, new walls, new flooring, room finishes, millwork, doors, suspended ceiling, overhead track lift, plumbing and lighting fixtures, and miscellaneous HVAC work. Due to current COVID-19 concerns and proper social distancing, the bidders briefing meeting will accommodate up to four (4) individuals maximum for each of the following time slots: 3:30pm, 3:45pm and 4:00pm. Interested individuals wanting to review the site at any of these noted times are required to register via email by Wednesday, January 26th, 2021 with H5 Architecture Inc. (helio@h5architecture.ca).
