UNF is seeking qualified state licensed Certified Air Conditioning Contractor(s), or Certified Mechanical Contractor(s) to provide various HVAC services for all UNF properties, on an as needed basis. The University of North Florida Board of Trustees (UNF or University) is issuing a competitive solicitation with the intent to enter into a contract with one or more qualified state licensed Certified Air Conditioning Contractor(s), or Certified Mechanical Contractor(s). The scope of services includes but is not limited to service, inspection, maintenance and repair, replacement units, parts and materials, and the purchase and installation of new HVAC and Chiller units, on an as needed basis, for projects with budgets of $200,000 or less. The term of the agreement will begin upon execution and will terminate on June 30, 2027. One (1) option to renew for an additional five (5) year period based on satisfactory performance and the written approval of both parties may be available; renewal is not automatic.
