Renovation of a mixed-use development in Burnet, Texas. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and educational facility.
In general, the project consists of Shady Grove Elementary Renovations which includes but is not limited to: dirt work, utility work, concrete paving, concrete walks, concrete slabs, steel studs and drywall, aluminum, steel and plastic laminate covered doors, aluminum windows, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. Interior finishes include but are not limited to: steel studs and drywall, resilient flooring, carpet tiles, ceramic tile, paint, acoustical ceiling, millwork, casework, marker board, tack boards, projection screens, toilet accessories, and identifying devices. As of April 4, 2022, a construction Manager has been assigned, and the project is in the process of being bought out. A firm construction timeline for this project has not yet been released.
