Renovation of a water / sewer project in Clayton, North Carolina. Working plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
**As of February 22, 2022, project received no bids. The Town of Clayton (ToC) is building a new 6 MGD Water Reclamation Facility in a phased approach. The purpose of this document is to procure and implement the following work: 1. The HVAC Scope of Work shall include, but is not limited to labor, materials, accessories, equipment, tools, layout, supervision, testing and inspections, shop drawings, trucking, freight, delivery, insurance, and all other services required for the compete installation. All Work for this project will be in accordance with the provided construction drawings, general notes, specifications and site requirements described below, and any other requirements as listed in the contract. 2. SUBCONTRACTOR shall be licensed in the state of NC to provide the services described in the contract documents.
