Lebolo Construction Management, Inc for Palm Beach County - Department of Airports (Owner) is seeking bids for the project: FIS & Building 846 Storm Resiliency Modifications Package 2 at Palm Beach International Airport. The overall scope of the project involves rooftop new metal grating and structural steel frame over existing screen wall to protect two (2) new replacement chiller units, chiller W8 bench beams replacement, lightning system and antennas temporary relocation, interior structural steel deck reinforcement, VAV boxes replacement, new and repairs of acoustical and hard ceilings. Must be limited to one (1) representative per company and must comply with COVID protocols; interested participants are required to wear a face mask at all times, participants will need to undergo a Temperature Screening and Questionnaire before entering the building.
