The scope includes new suite entry door, door connection with adjacent suite for shared break room kitchen access, new interior walls, new casework, mechanical ductwork, lighting fixtures, electrical panel and distribution. For construction value between $300,000 and $640,000, Bidder and its mechanical, electrical and plumbing subcontractor(s) (if using) shall be qualified under the University's standards prior to award. Contractors and subcontractors who have been submitting PDF copies of their CPRs for earlier projects must also begin using the new system. This project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations.
