Renovation of a municipal facility in Elizabeth, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all informalities in the bid. Please be advised that the work, materials or supplies in the specifications are being obtained through a Cooperative Pricing System ID# 8-UCCP approved and registered with the State of New Jersey. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and clearly marked with the subject of the bid, name and address of the bidder, phone & fax number, and date of the bid opening. Each bid must be delivered to reach the Division of Purchasing prior to the stated time of the opening of the bids. The County will not be responsible for late delivery by the U.S. Mail or any other carrier. Hand delivery of proposals are strongly discouraged due to public restrictions. If delivered by hand, you will not receive confirmation of delivery. No late bids will be accepted. ***Entire bid packages received will be scanned and available for public inspection on the portal, http://ucnj.org/itb, as they would be available for public inspection after an in-person bid opening. Bidders are reminded to review their submissions for any information they consider to be confidential. The County will not be responsible for the release of any information contained in the bid package which may be subject to confidentiality. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et. seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
